While I like the A-Rosa Cruises…
While I like the A-Rosa Cruises company, the online website is somewhat lacking. Here are some of the examples. 1) I tried to send an email via the website which was never answered. 2) When I tried to call the German number, the response was purely in German and no other language choices (I speak 3 other languages other than English). 3) We did find a UK based number for A-Rosa which we contacted after a web search. This number was not listed on the website. 4) Navigation through the purchase options are a little confusing. I had to go through them several times before I understood the process. On the positive side, the website does a good job of explaining the various cruises available, their itinerary and cost. Having already taken an A-Rosa cruise in the past, I am very happy with their service and attention to detail.
