Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.
Reported a domestic water leak almost 3 weeks ago. An initial visit confirmed it was the company's responsibility to repair but a follow up visit was needed. 3 weeks pass & the same technician turns up to take photos of the leak he saw 3 weeks before. In the interim no.proactive communication from the.companu. Promised callbacks never came. And.booked visits never happened. Awful! And I have no alternative provider.I can switch to. Simply.awful service

From the town of haverhill ,we are all discusted about how Anglian water waste so much water and then ban the public with hose pipe bans,we pay high sewage charges for you to basically ruin our rivers and our seas and you charge us for it ,your ruining our seas and are rivers for the future generations and what is Anglian water going to do to rectify it ?the heads of Anglian water should be ashamed of themselfs and we too of haverhill think the heads who have aloud for this to happen should face a court hearing ,I think Anglian water now needs to start to think about this seriously ,it's getting to the point like everything else the public will refuse to pay for Anglian water to distrroy our seas and we are now all writing to parliament and local Mps and councils ,Anglian water have treated the public like fools,well thanks for pumping raw sewage etc into our seas ,thank you for ruining our coasts at the expense of the public ,hope your going to spend your big profits on cleaning the raw sewage out of our seas , discusted and you should be ashamed of yourselfs

We rang Anglia Water & Sewerage at around 5.45pm for a sewerage problem at our place in Aldeburgh. Within 5-10 minutes Dominic had turned up and identified the problem ! Talk about efficiency!! He was brilliant and such a nice young man.

For 3 weeks we had low water pressure, fobbed off and told it was 'high demand' ( at 4am? Really? ). No it was 3 mains bursts in the area one outside our house. One came to have a look and spray the road. Another came out to put up barriers. Another came out to put up 'Road Closed' signs. Then some more came out to fix the leak. Then the bloke came to pick up the barriers, then the other for the signs etc; Am still waiting to have the verge sorted. What an absolute farce. And to top it all was the 20 plus nuisance phone calls asking my opinion of their service. I dare not put the words in writing I would normally use. No wonder our water bills are sky high. Take my advice, don't give them a phone number, or change your number afterwards. Hi Aaron, high water usage at 4am? Pull the other one. No way am I ever ringing Anglian Water without with holding my number. Have had to send a Cease and Desist notice for the harassment from your Customer Services dept; When are your guys going to sort the mess they left on the verge as promised on Thursday the 18th August? Cheers.

Anglian water treatment plant in Leiston is such a disgrace. I have contacted Anglian water so many times as the smell of human waste is really unbearable now especially at night in this hot water. All they can give you are lies and no resolution. Imagine the billions Anglian water has earned. They dont do anything about the smell coming from their plant,it's affecting people's health who live near the sewage plant. It's so inconsiderate of Anglian water even though you contact them a hundred times they still don't do anything about the smell. You can smell it as far as the high street, you go to the pub and you can't even enjoy your time in the beer garden as it smells like human poo.

Water in Haverhill not fit for purpose,disgusting water,I and others in Haverhill also feel its not fit for purpose ,more and more people are turning to buying bottled water,the scum that's on cups etc ,water is white even in a glass,kettle like snow on first boil from new,we pay high sawrage chargers to them to just pump raw sewage it into our rivers and seas and destroying our environment by doing it at the cost to us ,something needs to be done,alot of residents in haverhill are saying the same thing ,never seen so many leaks left for days on end should be ashamed on themselves ,

Anglian water have just increased my monthly direct debit payment by 12% EVEN THOUGH I AM IN CREDIT. There has been a water leak on the corner of Little Billiing Way & Billing Brook Road in Northampton for WEEKS & WEEKS but they let it continue to gush out. The only people who pay for this wasted water is the public who are being ripped off by Anglian Water. There is no alternative supplier so Anglian Water can charge us what they like and line the pockets of their fat cats year after year. They disgust me.

Bill related - During lockdown Domestic violence abuse and financial abuse i was dealing with and then to have 2 mental breakdowns, my account paying was all ok before lockdown then the Abuse was violent and i was being fleeced financially, major safeguards put in place and bank accounts immediately stopped and police could investigate, i was then not mentally stable to deal with anything and accounts changed cards stopped etc as you would expect from financial abuse, unfortunately during this horrific time when accounts stopped by banks helping me the DD was caught up with all this and it was never reinstated and because of the constant trauma the water bill kept getting behind but this was never a deliberate action it was missed and not picked up by me and i must admit that i never opened post and hid all correspondence because i was so badly traumatised I couldn’t deal with it or anything more, I understand water is chargeable and people must pay for this, one occasion whilst the Abuser was in my home i was on a call to Anglian Water and at one point i tried to help myself by looking into what happened and i had to do this because Anglian Water when collecting monies owed they had a name on my account for another person that helps me as im disabled and the abuser took advantage of me like this i was easier to abuse and to be stolen from... the other persons name on my account was just a different contact only as emergency contact in case no water i need help assistance BUT this person got notified from credit agency his credit score effected and placed because my bill was behind? They are not responsible for my bills , also that day i was on a call to sort it out but i was attacked again, i agree and understand the bill needs paying but i just want to advise others out there that Anglian Water have zero compassion and was my replies to you not evident that i am unstable mentally and traumatised from the abuse, and yes because of abuse i am now an addict to cope with what happened but its ok Anglian will threaten you and threaten credit scores etc... i told you recently that the Dead do not need credit and you deducted the court fee and extra 2.78 and call that a social fund , my entire bill has somehow begrudged a shareholder investor from having their regular crate of moet , and you reply like you have really made a difference to customers struggling it wasnt a financial issue paying at the time but what was happening and this is what you do, i also instructed the Man whom i was briefly on the phone to and told you to deduct from benefits as easier and quicker until i could sort out my life, u ignored that and went straight to debt people, u recently had an envelope of unopened letters back to you, i could not cope at all, and again your deductions of £72.78 £70 court fee of the form to send back to you and you threaten me with 2.78 and make it sound like whoppeeee ive got 2.78 from the fund and u know what i gave you immediately my cost of living from Gov and yes it should go on paying for things and i gave it you immediately, i told you send bailiffs and ill go to court as i cant pay evrryone what they want and yes i have a bad addiction now as coping with 7 years DV but lockdown progressively was horrendous and i class you as extended abusers , vile people
