Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.
Reported a domestic water leak almost 3 weeks ago. An initial visit confirmed it was the company's responsibility to repair but a follow up visit was needed. 3 weeks pass & the same technician turns up to take photos of the leak he saw 3 weeks before. In the interim no.proactive communication from the.companu. Promised callbacks never came. And.booked visits never happened. Awful! And I have no alternative provider.I can switch to. Simply.awful service

Anglian water. Raising direct debit by over 50% despite account having a small credit over the last 12 months. Maybe their slogan shouldn't be 'we love every drop' and it should be 'we love rinsing our customer for every drop'. Absolute crooks
Zero stars. Not only are these scumbags the most sketchy water company in the UK and I have to filter and then distill all my water these parasites have put the bill up £48 per year. This is war!! Update for Anglian water: This is being taken to the relevant authorities and trading standards.
My wife called me today at 13:04 to let me know that we had no water supply at home. I called Anglia Water at 13:10 having looked up the number and within an hour someone had been round and identified and fixed the problem. Fantastic service.
Had a bit of an incident where I had been wrongfully linked to someone else’s account in error and it had impacted my credit rating. Popped an email over to see what was going on and received a call from the absolutely fantastic Stuart Lee who had the problem fully resolved and sorted in less than 20 minutes despite the complexity of the issue. It was so nice to have someone on the end of the phone rather than deal with an endless tirade of emails back and forth like you typically have to deal with when trying to raise a query with other organisations. Stuart was so polite and helpful and held genuine concern for the issue. Thanks so much for the help and support!
Customer service polite and helpful and called back within time promised. OK I didn't save money or get refund as expected but Harriet did her best in excellent customer service and explained everything plus looked into ongoing issue with operations for me whom also sent out a team whom was friendly and helpful when they came previously to clear blocked drains at property. Overall very pleased with experiences
Awful customer service - no empathy just direct and stern. I use around £10 to £15 a month of water yet they want to charge me £30 a month - what a JOKE ! Just greed. My usages goes down 40% yet they want to charge an extra £9 a month - Rip off merchants. Tried to tell me my average is £28 a month but the lady worked it out for 3 months and not 3 months 3 weeks since my last bill so actually £21 a month! NOT £30 USELESS
Dreadful… I feel compelled to leave this review as Anglian Water are a complete shambles, I’d go as far as to say negligent in their statutory obligations. Endless promises and many lies. Outsourced contractors placed on the front line who have to deal with frustrated customers, it’s just wrong, very wrong. The infrastructure (drains and pumping stations) is inadequate and overwhelmed. Just keep allowing to and adding more properties to the system, knowing full well it all needs upgrading. All you seem to care about is your pay packet! 😡
The app dosent allow me to check anything nothing is working on it,i can't select any thing from the screen all it allows me to do is scroll across. Just add to this review. Ive found out that the app is too big for the screen on my samsung phone. All the symbols that need to be clicked on to navigate the app are at the bottom of the screen and are not visible. I put the app on my tablet and it works.
Can't fault you for sorting out our ongoing drain issue. Someone putting wipes and tampax down the loo causing the rest of us huge problems. Big shout out to Scott who went above and beyond on job number 23349763. Freezing cold, snow and pouring rain today!
