Constant problems with no water can't replace the pipes but can pay their shareholders
Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.
Reported a domestic water leak almost 3 weeks ago. An initial visit confirmed it was the company's responsibility to repair but a follow up visit was needed. 3 weeks pass & the same technician turns up to take photos of the leak he saw 3 weeks before. In the interim no.proactive communication from the.companu. Promised callbacks never came. And.booked visits never happened. Awful! And I have no alternative provider.I can switch to. Simply.awful service

Anglian Water used contractors from Claret Civil Engineering. They seem at ease with not knocking on doors and will instead trespass, help themselves to your side gate, into your garden and start digging out drain covers 5 feet from your house. “Sorry mate, I didn’t know who it belonged to”. Pull the other one - you are 5 feet from my open back door. Absolute morons

I had a problem with the box and valve which resulted in us not being able to turn the water off in an emergency. Dave from Norwich attended today and was absolutely brilliant. Identified the best way forward and cracked on and dealt with it quickly. Outstanding customer service skills. Thank you.

So Anglian Water can’t be bothered to build new sewage works… because of the cost. But the good news is they will invest in more bat boxes and hedge hog highways which they can get for £10 from B&Q; so the Directors’ remuneration is safe; hurrah.

So the roads in West Hunsbury have restrictions with traffic lights, but no-one is working there. This is the 4th day of disruption.

THIS DISGRACEFUL COMPANY ATTENDED THE PROPERTY OF A SEVERELY INJURED BRITISH VETERAN TO REPLACE A SIMPLE WATER METER. DUE TO ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE THEY HAD TO ATTENDED A FURTHER 31 TIMES CAUSING SEVERAL FLOODS, 8 EXCAVATIONS , DESTRUCTION OF THE GARDEN AND DAMAGE TO INTERNAL PLUMBING. WHEN A COMPLAINT WAS RAISED NOTHING WAS RESOLVED JUST A CATALOGUE OF LIES AND EMPTY APOLOGIES. FOR THE FULL STORY OF WHAT WAS DONE KEEP AN EYE ON TRUSTPILOT FOR THE LINK TO THE TABLOID ARTICLE IN THE MAIL. HAVE YOU TOO BEEN A VICTIM OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE BY ANGLIAN WATER IF SO COME BACK OVER TO TRUSTPILOT ON THE 16/6/2025 FOR THE LINK TO GROUP LEGAL ACTION. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!

Disgusting aggressive billing .. loads of unnecessary threats in letter .. this company pumping poor quality water and overcharging .. we have had three occasions in last year where our water supply has gone down .. Who are these people to behave the way they do, they offer poor service, and charge extortionate fees ..

Polite customer service, aiming to be helpful, however hard to conceal the company’s extortionate, profiteering, corporate monopoly character. Appallingly high prices with no option to switch to another provider nationwide. Worth creating a petition against their management's greed and public’s exploitation.

OK. So I finally had my meter read and replaced with a smart meter. I'm paying by DD every month and luckily this account for 2024 to 2025 saw me with a debt of only £8 which was perfect BUT the informed me that the DD will need to rise by £15 per month this equates to a near 51% increase on my usual DD. I obviously contacted them and they REFUSED to confirm that the rise was anywhere near 51%. Now I understand Offwat allowed them to increase there bills by around 47% over the NEXT 5 YEARS. Not all in one year. Angluan Water were adamant that they would not lower my DD which is totally unacceptable. The estimated bill for 2024 to 2025 is £560. It's obvious to me that the extra is to pay CEO BONUSES and not to improve services. There is over £240 in standing charges as well for what. I could understand the meter for water BUT THERE IS NO METER FOR SEWERAGE.

Fairly quiet street. Your man sitting in van for ages, engine running. Nice day, not too hot, not too cold. Noisy, smelly diesel engine. Come on guys, let's have a bit of decency and common sense. Switch it off, particularly when there's little kids around.
