Christina was very nice and a lot of help with my purchase.

The salesperson was good at telling us about the merchandise. But we were mislead about delivery charge and set up and taking away the old mattresses. In the end it cost me another $100 once the mattress was delivered and then the manager was very apologetic about the mistaken information. He said he would personally come do the set up. He never showed. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Inside the store the saleswoman Jamie was great! Its the delivery crew that arrived, one had an attitude and stated he wasn't lifting nothing, one was extremely hyper and use the "N" word, and the third guy was professional althought he text my cell asking about my daughter and if he could get on with her. By the way there was major damage done to by headboard and was completely broken, I called the store multiple times...no answer, then I called West the slightly professional guy and he said they were going to deliver a new headboard and I never got it. Inside the store was great but the delivery crew was very poor.

I was told by the assistant manager that if I got American freight movers they would install my furniture. When the movers got here they unloaded the truck I askes if they were going to set everything up he said no anyway long story short I was lied to and that's not ok.

Tenisha and Bill were exceptional! It was Tenisha's first day and it was an honor for my wife and I to be her first sale! They provided exceptional customer service! Thank you!

After my couch got to my house it broken and they said they cant do nothing about it so money down drain ya not very happy

We love our new chairs even though it took a while because two of the chairs that came from the warehouse were damaged. They made it right and stood behind their products. We are pleased with our purchase.

Experience was great up until delivery. I was told my purchase would be delivered during the afternoon on said day and they would call when 45 min out or if anything changed but instead at 9:45 pm I received a call asking if i was home because they were at my door. Unprofessional but not the worst.

If you are looking to renew your home, definitely this is the place you should go. Good quality, good price!!

The gentlemen at the Monroe, MI American Freight were great! Very willing to help, and took the time to explain everything. Even when we ran into a little issue after we got the furniture home, they were very helpful in getting the situation corrected.

I’ve gotten 3 different couches from American Freight...I’ve never been disappointed.

The salesperson Porsche was very helpful & professional. It was just the delivery that didn't go seamlessly. Delivery scheduled for Sunday. Delivery guy didn't show up or call.
