Great and respectable salesman. Didnt try to oversell me on anything. Loved it.

The sales person was genuine and helpful, however it took three days to receive my furniture when we were told it would be delivered the same day of purchase. There is also apparently some discrepancies with how much the delivery guys charge when they arrive at your home and how much the customer is quoted when setting delivery up in the store. This causes concern because the character of the delivery guys comes into question. Are they thieves? Kind of scary. The furniture looks nice and I think people buying it know it's not top of the line but affordable. Having said that, it's still expensive as we paid $1500 for couch and loveseat. Both bonded leather and reclining. I'm glad to have it but also nervous as fully expecting to get 3-4 years out of it hopefully. The sales person was super great though.

I had a terrible experience with this store

I was lied to and sold an item for much more than the advertised price. I was even charged more at the register after the salesman colluded with a manger. Sick people taking advantage of trusting, hard working people.

Not very honest on there sale...got a discount on a dinning table but they deliver the wrong table..than they say thats the table yhat I got charge for and the table that I wanted the didnt have it in stock...so they play you with fraud and then the guy that did the sale didnt shw uo to work..talk to the mananer by phone.. Hi said he coulndnt reach his employee but phone and he didnt show up in person when I when it to correct this problem...wont buy here ever again..!

They had what I needed and was very timely with loading my product in my truck.

The customer service was on point. The guy was very nice and friendly. However the delivery was disappointing. They left all the furniture in the living room, they didn't put it in the bedroom where it was supposed to go.

Loved them the furniture is beautiful and shipped out the same day!
