Mislead

The salesperson was good at telling us about the merchandise. But we were mislead about delivery charge and set up and taking away the old mattresses. In the end it cost me another $100 once the mattress was delivered and then the manager was very apologetic about the mistaken information. He said he would personally come do the set up. He never showed. Very disappointed in the customer service.
