The men that delivered my furniture was nice and fast at setting up. However I only gave 3 stars due to not disposing of trash ( plastic wrap around couch, boxes and other cardboard)

Suppose get my furniture delivered on a Saturday morning, I had to call them three times. Only to find out that they keep forgetting something. Got my furniture on Sunday after 5 pm, waste my whole weekend waiting on furniture to be delivered

Walked in knew what I was looking for they helped me and acknowledged me as soon as they saw me. Picked what I wanted, paid, loaded and i was gone. Will be returning for future purchases. Bed was VERY COMFORTABLE.

The entire process went si smoothly. The staff, especially Chris was helpful and pleasant He found the item I was interested in from another location and had them hold it for me. He was honest to tell me that it was dirty when it came in and luckily they one already in route at the day and time of pick-up. The mattress is worth the price. I will be back because my son wants the same mattress. Thank you American freight.

I love our new furniture! It's so comfortable and no doubt will receive tons of compliments when we have friends and family come over in the coming months. The salesmen were polite and not pushy which is so important. They weren't just after making a sale. Thank you American Freight!!!

I did not focus on my furniture closely but the arms of my sectional have no cushion what so ever and so uncomfortable. I know i cant return it and the sales people will more that likely curse me out if I tried. I hate it but I'm stuck with it.

The product was satisfactory. However it was the bold face lying by the salesman that has me thinking of going somewhere else in the future. He said if I bought the mattress protector it would provide a warranty that if the mattress dips in at least 2 in they would replace it. So I spent extra money to get that but when I went to register for the warranty I found out it only covers against stains and we don't need that. So the salesman cost me $49.99 that is for nothing.
