Josh was wonderful and went above and beyond in helping with everything. He was very knowledgeable with what we needed.
I had 2 mattress I had to take back due to something being wrong with them I was getting the run around for a few days once I spoke up it seemed like things moved a little faster and after about a week I was given new mattresses... Overall the customer service needs improved termendously .
Check the product you ship out to make sure your customers are receiving merchandise that really ready for use 2 bad deliveries of damage merchandise .

The salesman were very helpful & nice.
We bought furniture for our condominium at American Freight. It is good quality at a good price but, unfortunately, one of the boxes containing two dining room chairs did not contain the front legs of the chairs. WE reported this more than once more than two months ago and we still have never received the four front legs nor, in lieu of the legs, we were not refunded our money. Very disappointing.
I would come again but I did have a issue the amount was wrong but as soon as I figure it out they changed it to the correct amount and apologized for about the issue. It was friendly staff both at the store and when they brought the furniture. Again I would definitely come again soon and recommend it to others.

I was helped in the the store, great customer service. The bed I ordered, in black, was sent in brown instead. We went on and accepted the brown, because we didnt feel like waiting again to get the correct bed. We moved from Kentucky and had to start all over on furniture. Then we get the bed delivered and within a week the bed broke. Great customer service bad quality bed.
I was told that my furniture would be delivered on today 4/7/2019 between the hours of 8am-6pm. I was contacted by the American Freight store in Jackson,Tn saying that my furniture was being loaded and on its way at 11:45am. I talked to a delivery driver at 1:30pm that told me he was fueling up and that my furniture was loaded and he was on his way and he asked me was I aware of the delivery fee that was to be made at the time of delivery I told him that I was aware of the fee. It’s 6:10pm I haven’t received my furniture, I tried to contact the delivery driver several times and I didn’t get an response. I am very disappointed in the way business was handled this expierience was terrible I was lied to and things were handled very unprofessionally and not to mention my whole off day was a waste
Great service, selection, convenience, price got it delivered the next day and we didnt even get there til probably 3 or 4 in the afternoon had it by I believe 1 or 2 PM the next day we have a 5 year warranty no questions asked. Honestly could you ask for anything more? Oh yeah you could ask for Christine she is the girl to go to....
took 1 employee over 2 hours to load furniture into our truck, while 5 other employees were standing around. 2 weeks later and still haven't received the rest of our furniture that has been paid for.

They provide excellent in-store customer service but my problem is, they advertise same day delivery. I purchased my furniture on a Sunday but it wasn't delivered until that following Friday. Other than that their furniture is great, customer service is great as well. Great quantity better quality!
No communication like the promised with updates
Associates were very humble and passionate about getting me what I wanted, felt a great energy from the employees and the manager personally helped me with the delivery, awesome experience and very please with the staff at American Freight South Windsor. Keep up the great work.
The Furniture set I got was not what I expected it to be the Price was Reasonable but the furniture will not last a long time at all I could of kept my money
