Chaynna Macon Project Manager, never got back to me. I called to follow up and her response was "oh yeah, sorry I didn't follow up with you" I asked for her help on what to do and she just kept saying she didn't know. TERRIBLE

This was a challenging translation, as it was a technical topic. We were very pleased with the job that was done and have only found a few mis-translations or errors (again, probably because of the technical nature of the content). Project was delivered in a timely fashion and for a reasonable cost.
