Chaynna Macon Project Manager, never got back to me. I called to follow up and her response was "oh yeah, sorry I didn't follow up with you" I asked for her help on what to do and she just kept saying she didn't know. TERRIBLE
We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.
The easy online ability to schedule employees for testing and the quick return of the results.

ALTA Language Services have been excellent from start to finish! Turnaround is quick, so even last minute jobs are handled expediently. When I required adjustments or had questions, it wasn't a problem. Nuances of language and idioms were considered, so that meaning and humor were not lost in translation. Jason Ballot listened to my company's needs and responded with an efficient and cost-effective approach. ALTA provides terrific service. I've already recommended them to colleagues!
So far, we have had a great experience with this service. My only feedback, to find a faster transition to get someone on the phone sooner - less holding time for our callers.
Since day one back in 2014, ALTA has been providing to the Bulgarian Cultural Club | Bulgarian School of Seattle professional, reliable, and trustful service in testing our Bulgarian heritage language students for language proficiency. The Association of Bulgarian Schools in the USA (ABSA) is now administrating ALTA testing nationwide, using the same outstanding service from the company. I will give ALTA Language Services 5 stars for EXCELLENCE!
Great service - quick turn around, completeness/accuracy of the translation great (our customer was quite pleased, so that's how I judged the translation). Cost for the translation service was very fair/reasonable. My only issue was that the final document, as received, required some 'formatting cleanup.' I'm not sure if that is something that was inherent in the English language document submitted or just with the French translation. Anyway, just wanted to point that out. We would definitely recommend ALTA Language and use it ourselves again when we need a translation service.
