Chaynna Macon Project Manager, never got back to me. I called to follow up and her response was "oh yeah, sorry I didn't follow up with you" I asked for her help on what to do and she just kept saying she didn't know. TERRIBLE
We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.
The easy online ability to schedule employees for testing and the quick return of the results.

Alta is always responsive and provides quick turn-around.
Everything was fine including the un-requested reduction in price after the work was seen to be a bit easier than first estimated. Cant give 5 stars only because I am totally unable to evaluate the actual translation.
Our work with ALTA Language Services predates my time at OneGoal, and I can see why. Doug is always responsive, super helpful and flexible. We often have documents that our students and parents need in different languages. ALTA always comes through providing great service each time.
