Chaynna Macon Project Manager, never got back to me. I called to follow up and her response was "oh yeah, sorry I didn't follow up with you" I asked for her help on what to do and she just kept saying she didn't know. TERRIBLE
We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.

Alta was very helpful in being flexible and scheduling an over the phone interpreter. I highly recommend Alta. It is very easy to schedule and connect the call. They do everything for you. All you have to do is schedule the date and time or the call and call the number they give you. There cost is affordable and only charge when you schedule and make a call with them.
