Chaynna Macon Project Manager, never got back to me. I called to follow up and her response was "oh yeah, sorry I didn't follow up with you" I asked for her help on what to do and she just kept saying she didn't know. TERRIBLE

We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.
The whole process was pretty quick and painless. Sent them the PDF of something that need translation. They sent me a quote. I approved. I had my translated PDF shortly after that. I don't use this type of service often, in fact it was my first time using any translating service. ALTA did the job well.
Our first candidate struggled to get the phone test to work. I was able to schedule a live test that ended up working. Our second candidate was able to take the test through the first test set up. Both candidates haven't worked with us long enough to validate their fluency.
The response time was excellent, the communication with the account manager was clear and on time. The job was delivered ahead of the projected time, it was super easy to work with Amber.
I was not aware of the automated phone interview. That can be a significant benefit when scheduling kids who are not always dependable with attendance. The scoring of both the assessments is very timely. The process to get, assign, and process the tests is very easy. It was frustrating that if a student doesn't show for a phone interview we get charged. But, when the Alta person doesn't show there is no credit to our account for wasted time on our end. Doesn't seem fair.
