Chaynna Macon Project Manager, never got back to me. I called to follow up and her response was "oh yeah, sorry I didn't follow up with you" I asked for her help on what to do and she just kept saying she didn't know. TERRIBLE
We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.

I spoke with Lindsay who coordinated everything and she was extremely professional and arranged for an interpreter for our deposition quickly. The interpreter also was very professional and did an excellent job, would highly recommend Alta.
IT WAS VERY EASY TO PRINT THE TESTS, AND I LOVED THAT I COULD JUST SCAN ALL OF THE TESTS AND SEND BACK AS A SINGLE PDF.
I needed a last minute translator for an appointment the next day. Ashley called me back after hours to make sure I got the paperwork I needed to have an interpreter on the phone for my patient. The are always friendly and on time when we call. I would certainly use this service again for future translation services.
