Chaynna Macon Project Manager, never got back to me. I called to follow up and her response was "oh yeah, sorry I didn't follow up with you" I asked for her help on what to do and she just kept saying she didn't know. TERRIBLE
We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.

Our company has partnered with ALTA Language for a number of years and their level of service has remained consistent and reliable. The scheduling team is the most responsive and flexible group I've worked with. We had to manage over 40 students across 5 high schools in 9 different languages and multiple layers of supervisory availability. ALTA always makes it happen seamlessly AND within 24 hours. They're incredible and I am so grateful for their help!
