Chaynna Macon Project Manager, never got back to me. I called to follow up and her response was "oh yeah, sorry I didn't follow up with you" I asked for her help on what to do and she just kept saying she didn't know. TERRIBLE

We used the company in the past with another organization. I decided to contract with them because of their expertise and knowledge. They are also very friendly and assist you when needed. Everyone I have encountered with are very friendly and knowledgably.

ALTA was able to work with us and our unique needs
I really appreciate that ALTA was willing to work with us on our most recent virtual community workshop. We understand that ALTA is very considerate of the interpreters and we appreciate and respect that. But we also appreciated that both ALTA and the interpreter were both flexible to facilitate our workshop given the characteristics. We were also very happy with our interpreter Lindsay Lopez-Segura who was helpful starting at the pre-meeting with the set-up and logistics and all the way through to the end.

The customer service rep was unable to provide me with instructions on the website because she couldn't see what the customer sees. I think that your customer service reps should be able to see what the customer sees. The rep did try to assist me the best she could and I appreciate the effort.
Code wouldn't work and I was told they would waive the fee for me and were pretty rude about it. WAIVE IT? I think if doesn't work and no one answers the phone or emails you back for at least 24 hours, it seems like it is a problem on their end, not ours. I will not use this company again. Will use the other more reputable companies.
