It has been a wonderful experience working with ALTA as we prepare our students for the Seal of Biliteracy. The platform is very easy to use and setting up exams for the students was quick. The few times we ran into challenges, the customer service was very responsive and helped us step by step.

This was my first year administering our proficiency exams for 8-10 languages. Con: One of the phone evaluators was frustrated with a student that wasn't speaking. Con: I needed to call the testing support # a couple of times. The sound quality of the calls was poor and it was difficult to understand the customer service representative. Pro: It was a thorough exam and I feel much better about using this test company for listening and speakinng since it was with a real person. Pro: It was a real life situation since students were actually speaking with a person. Con: SIX times more expensive than other companies
