Mixed feelings, but I'm a rookie
This was my first year administering our proficiency exams for 8-10 languages. Con: One of the phone evaluators was frustrated with a student that wasn't speaking. Con: I needed to call the testing support # a couple of times. The sound quality of the calls was poor and it was difficult to understand the customer service representative. Pro: It was a thorough exam and I feel much better about using this test company for listening and speakinng since it was with a real person. Pro: It was a real life situation since students were actually speaking with a person. Con: SIX times more expensive than other companies
