Need to be professional/Call lines need improvement (too much static & muffled sound)
Sometimes the clarity on the calls is horrible. This last call the person testing was rude. Yes, we were testing the person and monitor it, so the person does not cheat if doing it from at home etc., not only that but the validity of the test as well as the process. She was rude saying we don't have to be one the phone etc., and it could just be the person. The clarity of the call with the static it not being so clear is not always on our end.
