Accommodation was excellent .Staff very efficient and helpful Food -Breakfast good selection of food Evening meal could be better Day trips-lovely day in Swanage and Poole no time to spend in Poole would rather slend a full day in Swanage Coach to Tamworth had to changd coach 3 times not sure if this a regular accuracebut its annoying Coming home straight to Tamworth but had to wait for a coach to pull in with 4 passengers on board Felt sorty fof the driver as he was getging grief from passengers waiting to get home But there had been a accident on the motoway so the delay couldn't be helped . Surely there must be a better way for logistics instead of changing at Tamworth and waiting and waiting and waiting

From pickup to drop off home

From pickup to drop off home, everything was taken care of, all I had to do was turn up. The Hotel was lovely, food was good with plenty of choice and all meals were waiter service too. I had a single room which was quite spacious and there was no single supplement😊. The only negative was the shower didn't have a thermostat and was difficult to keep to one temperature but it wouldn't stop me from booking again. This was my first time with Alfa and won't be the last, the service by all staff at the hotel and the drivers was first class.

A lovely break!

This was our first holiday with Alfa and we really enjoyed it. We liked the hotel and the journey there was easy and without any problem. The hotel was nice and was clean. We thought our bed was a bit rickety and could do with some attention. There were two members of staff that really stood out, one in the dining room and Steve behind the bar was customer focussed and nothing was too much trouble for him. Rochelle in the dining room looked after us really well and both these people are a credit to the hotel. Unfortunately things started to unravel on the journey home where we had a prolonged wait at Tamworth because one of the connecting coaches had been delayed. However, our onward driver who was put under unnecessary pressure by a minority of customers, did everything right and although we didn’t get home until quite late we thoroughly enjoyed our time away. So much so that we have booked another holiday with you later in the year.

Excellent coach holidays

Excellent value for money, hotel staff exceptionally good, food also. Hotel very clean both public areas and my room. Coach travel good I will book with Alfa again and recommend them.

The driver was very pleasant and knowledgeable. the excellent driver at some of the unseen problems like the road been closed Hotel clean and tidy and staff were very good The places we visited were great too,a well organised experience and would happily use you again

Respect

Left hotel at 9am courtesy of. Alfa didn't get home until 8pm which proved to be too much for us. First drop off on late feeder bus used as excuse was too late so provided taxis for some but left us for a further 2hrs struggling to cope

Absolutely brilliant break to the Isle of Man

Absolutely brilliant break to the Isle of Man. Very Smooth, the hotel was a bit dated, but warm and comfortable. I think we drew the short straw with room size as it wasn’t really big enough for two people, we had to put one suitcase on the dressing table and one on the only chair. But we could see the sea. The food choices were good, plenty of choice. The hotel is quite a long way from the town though, but the bus stopped outside. And we went up to Irish bar and the quids in . The hotel ran out of beer then ran out of cider, but there’s the queens pub really near. The driver was knowledgeable and friendly. First time with Alfa, but not the last, already booked for Eastbourne next Summer, and the Abbas Voyage trip.

Bournemouth holiday

Just returned from a Alfa holiday in which our driver Dominic or should I say Daisy the lad is a star he did a charity night in Bournemouth on Tuesday and was brilliant not only a very good driver a truly lovely man and a credit to Alfa travel.

We had a fantastic time away with Alfa coach can’t say a bad world about our driver Josh we done all of the days out it was fabulous we got greeted at our hotel by the manager but when it was time to head home the manager never came and say he’s good bye and he’s speach

Hotel roofing work

Hotel, room and food were lovely except that we had to tolerate the resin styrene fumes from the roofing contractors working daily right outside our room to fibreglass the flat roof. ( Even on Sunday) I know all about this as I used to work in the fibreglass industry myself and breathing these fumes is not a good idea, and sleeping with them is most unpleasant. We were told to expect scaffolding but did not expect this issue.
