Accommodation was excellent .Staff very efficient and helpful Food -Breakfast good selection of food Evening meal could be better Day trips-lovely day in Swanage and Poole no time to spend in Poole would rather slend a full day in Swanage Coach to Tamworth had to changd coach 3 times not sure if this a regular accuracebut its annoying Coming home straight to Tamworth but had to wait for a coach to pull in with 4 passengers on board Felt sorty fof the driver as he was getging grief from passengers waiting to get home But there had been a accident on the motoway so the delay couldn't be helped . Surely there must be a better way for logistics instead of changing at Tamworth and waiting and waiting and waiting

From pickup to drop off home

From pickup to drop off home, everything was taken care of, all I had to do was turn up. The Hotel was lovely, food was good with plenty of choice and all meals were waiter service too. I had a single room which was quite spacious and there was no single supplement😊. The only negative was the shower didn't have a thermostat and was difficult to keep to one temperature but it wouldn't stop me from booking again. This was my first time with Alfa and won't be the last, the service by all staff at the hotel and the drivers was first class.

A lovely break!

This was our first holiday with Alfa and we really enjoyed it. We liked the hotel and the journey there was easy and without any problem. The hotel was nice and was clean. We thought our bed was a bit rickety and could do with some attention. There were two members of staff that really stood out, one in the dining room and Steve behind the bar was customer focussed and nothing was too much trouble for him. Rochelle in the dining room looked after us really well and both these people are a credit to the hotel. Unfortunately things started to unravel on the journey home where we had a prolonged wait at Tamworth because one of the connecting coaches had been delayed. However, our onward driver who was put under unnecessary pressure by a minority of customers, did everything right and although we didn’t get home until quite late we thoroughly enjoyed our time away. So much so that we have booked another holiday with you later in the year.

Good accommodation in a beautiful setting

An excellent hotel with good food and entertainment,Im afraid the journey was far too long and our driver was quite arrogant and fond of making remarks,he let himself down badly by asking us not to have a whipround but give him a tip in person,he didn't get one as I don't tip people who ask for one ,good service gets a tip not expectation

Royal Hotel, Weymouth

Paul, our driver, was great (very helpful) and kept us all amused. The Royal Hotel was OK but my room was at the back of the hotel and desperately needed cleaning and refurbishing. There were dirty fingermarks on bathroom door, windows were filthy as was the paintwork. However, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very professional and friendly.

I travelled solo on this holiday to the…

I travelled solo on this holiday to the Queens Hotel, Eastbourne. I had a thoroughly wonderful time with new friends i just met on the coach, felt like i'd known them for years. A good hotel, quite grand although requiring some maintenance here & there. All meals excellent with good choices. 99% of staff fabulous & couldn't do enough for you however 1 male receptionist had a bit of a cob on for a couple of days before the end of our trip. On our leaving day he was more personable. Special thanks to the GM for sorting my TV etc out. All in all a most fabulous trip.
