Accommodation was excellent .Staff very efficient and helpful Food -Breakfast good selection of food Evening meal could be better Day trips-lovely day in Swanage and Poole no time to spend in Poole would rather slend a full day in Swanage Coach to Tamworth had to changd coach 3 times not sure if this a regular accuracebut its annoying Coming home straight to Tamworth but had to wait for a coach to pull in with 4 passengers on board Felt sorty fof the driver as he was getging grief from passengers waiting to get home But there had been a accident on the motoway so the delay couldn't be helped . Surely there must be a better way for logistics instead of changing at Tamworth and waiting and waiting and waiting
HOTEL WAS GREAT BUT THE INTER CHANGE IS WAY TO LONG IT TOOK 8 AND HALF HOURS TO GET BACK HOME SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS
From pickup to drop off home, everything was taken care of, all I had to do was turn up. The Hotel was lovely, food was good with plenty of choice and all meals were waiter service too. I had a single room which was quite spacious and there was no single supplement😊. The only negative was the shower didn't have a thermostat and was difficult to keep to one temperature but it wouldn't stop me from booking again. This was my first time with Alfa and won't be the last, the service by all staff at the hotel and the drivers was first class.

The hotel itself was just right for me, first class service from all the staff, if I had to pick one it would be RAY our waiter in the dining room ten out of ten. Just one little niggle I am waiting for a hip replacement and suffered going up and down the hill. I think you should have more of a warning about this in the hotel information. Other than that first class will going again (when my hip is replaced) .

I was very impressed with the standard of the hotel. The staff were all helpful and very friendly. My room was more than I expected, good lighting, mirrors and plugs in the right places. Excellent shower, everything very clean. The menus and food were good. The entertainment in the evening was enjoyable. Our driver was very good. My first holiday on my own but I would certainly travel with Alfa again. One day our morning departure times were altered and it would appear that not everyone was aware of this. We therefore had to wait until everyone came to join the coach. I would suggest a personal message be sent - either a note under the door or a knock on the door - to ensure that everyone is aware of the change of time.

Great week at Croit Anna Hotel in Fort William. Pity there’s no lift in the hotel. Views over the Loch were fabulous. A bit more effort would be appreciated with the outdoor seating area and maybe a retractable canopy for the changeable weather ! Meals at the hotel were lovely and everywhere was extremely clean. Coach was great and comfortable with the bonus of free WiFi and charging points. Driver Mark was very informative and sociable and offered us extra trips out and sometimes took ‘the scenic route’ instead of the usual main roads which was great. Bus stop right outside the hotel into Fort William town.

It was an excellent trip. The hotel was really good with great staff and excellent service. Canterbury lived up to expectations. Downside was the second visit of the first day was not really planned out well. We ended up in a shopping outlet as it was felt Gillingham did not offer the proper options. The remainder of the trips were good with visits to Sissinghurst Castle Gardens and Tunbridge Wells. Lullingstone Castle - World Gardens was exceptional. The owner, Tom Hart gave us a tour and his enthusiasm was fantastic. Just a shame we did not get to see it all due to the weather but what we saw was well worth the visit. Our final visit to Rochester was lovely. Well worth the visit. Overall we cannot fault the trip. Looking forward to further tours with Alfa

The hotel Metropole was lovely, all the staff were professional and helpful. We thought the food was better than we had had at the many other Alfa hotels we have visited. The only bad thing about the holiday was the interchange at Burtonwood at the start of our holiday.Burtonwood is far too small for the number of passengers.

Fantastic driver Richard. Hotel was excellent enjoyed the food it was excellent and so was the choice. Only downfall was minute shower cubicle I'm quite small but I found it very constricting. Otherwise great holiday booked next one already

I enjoyed the trip very much, our driver for that part was absolutely amazing in every way to his expert driving, informative of it all , care for his passengers with a brilliant sense of humour. However the driver we had from Fareham to Reading was not such a pleasant ride and feel he shouldn’t retaliate with passengers on board to being upset by another driver, he seemed to be heavy on the breaks often making it not such a comfortable ride .Also I didn’t feel completely safe with the driver for return from Reading to Fareham. He was tailgating in very wet conditions and found it funny when he had fists waved at him to share the joke with us passengers, came across as an aggressive driver in a hurry.

We enjoyed our time in Ireland the driver (Gary) was very informative and helpful. On the Wednesday we went to Donegal and on our way we stopped off at a Craft Village which we thought was a waste of time it was very expensive and not many shops. It was a good job the café was open as I think most of the people on the coach was in the cafe.
