Came back from work and resting in my new wonderful home. I can’t rate Daryl enough for the experience he’s given me, he’s made it so easy to move here. Moving from Norwich was difficult finding somewhere, and it was a really smooth seamless process. Being from Heaton from where I came from and being able to locate me next to my mum. I've been in touch with Ad Hoc for a while now, both Claire and Aaron have been great throughout. Claire was super helpful in answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) and kept me updated even when things weren’t 100% confirmed yet. She was honest about what they could and couldn’t provide, which I really appreciated. Aaron reached out to me about a new place and was quick to follow up with details. It was nice to deal with someone straightforward and responsive. There were a couple of delays earlier on, but Claire took the time to explain what happened and made sure things were handled better moving forward. That really showed me they cared about doing right by people. Overall, both Claire and Aaron were professional, down-to-earth, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about trying property guardianship with Ad Hoc.

This has been my first property I have moved into and the process from Ad Hoc has been very easy and smooth, from enquiring about the property to getting the keys. I have had no problems so far and always get the help when I am unsure about something. If I ever need to look at moving elsewhere, Ad Hoc would be my first point of contact.

Easy to deal with and very helpful whenever we had a problem with a Live In Guardian (LIG). Most of the LIGs were very good (we had an average of about 15-16 over a 12 month period) but the odd one did require urgent action and Ad Hoc responded very quickly. Their accounting team needed a few pushes to transfer money due to us but this was only in the first couple of months, thereafter all good. I dealt with Zack who was excellent throughout.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the team when I booked and attended a viewing near Leeds. I really like the sound of the Guardian concept which helps property owners and also would have given me the flexibility and chance to save money that I need. Unfortunately I couldn’t take the property as my circumstances changed but as soon as I know where my work needs me I’ll be in touch with Ad Hoc again.

Had a great experience with Ad Hoc. Accomodation was pretty good for the price and the team were friendly to deal with. I read some of the reviews and wonder how experiences can differ so much, but each to their own I suppose. I have no hesitation in recommending Ad Hoc!

they have some properties where living standard is life threatening(Leek-residential homes) despite that the property is one big health hazard they keep letting it and putting people's life at risk.I moved out straight away when I started to develop serious health issues.Letting agents and lanlords can be very dishonest people who can not be trusted

I find ad hoc really well and helpful I live in East London in a old pub and there is all ways some one to help if I need it as it cheep to live in and the people are here to help I don't find them negative at all
