Came back from work and resting in my new wonderful home. I can’t rate Daryl enough for the experience he’s given me, he’s made it so easy to move here. Moving from Norwich was difficult finding somewhere, and it was a really smooth seamless process. Being from Heaton from where I came from and being able to locate me next to my mum. I've been in touch with Ad Hoc for a while now, both Claire and Aaron have been great throughout. Claire was super helpful in answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) and kept me updated even when things weren’t 100% confirmed yet. She was honest about what they could and couldn’t provide, which I really appreciated. Aaron reached out to me about a new place and was quick to follow up with details. It was nice to deal with someone straightforward and responsive. There were a couple of delays earlier on, but Claire took the time to explain what happened and made sure things were handled better moving forward. That really showed me they cared about doing right by people. Overall, both Claire and Aaron were professional, down-to-earth, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about trying property guardianship with Ad Hoc.

I deal with Martin and Craig from the York office and they have been great. Very helpful, professional and friendly service in all my dealings with them. Just as an example; there was an issue with the heating recently [not an emergency] and they had the heating engineer out the next day. I called them on a few occasions, in the first few days after moving in, and they have never ignored my calls or messages. Guardianship may not be for everyone, so Martin explains everything clearly and concisely. There are no surprises. You don't actually have to DO anything tbh - the mere fact that, responsible mature, people are living in the property is all that's required to give the property owner peace of mind. Thanks Martin and Craig, keep up the good work.

I have been a Property Guardian with Ad Hoc for nearly a decade. The Ad Hoc staff team (including Martin Doyle and Chris Chelin) is excellent and responsive and with Ad Hoc there are always opportunities to live in interesting places at very affordable rates.

Recently moved into a property let out by Ad Hoc and they have been great to deal with so far. The property came unfurnished and required a fresh coat of paint; as expected for the excellent monthly rate, and it now looks lovely. It’s warm and all facilities are as expected and explained when I viewed the property. Ellie and Lee have been super helpful and friendly whenever I have had any questions and I am confident any issues will be dealt with promptly and appropriately. Thank you very much :)

I am a Guardian of properties for Adhoc Property Management Ltd. I currently live-in and have previously lived in some of the properties attained in their portfolio - they are not usually on the general market as a bare-boned property does not appeal to some, although, ideal for another and this is always explained prior to any meeting/viewing. The Guardian Recruiter explains all. I can only give positive feedback in all areas from the initial enquiry about a property to reporting a problem - all over the UK Island, Adhoc have resolved or had arrangements in place to fix many problems within a matter of hours of reporting and they are true to their word. The negative comments below appear to be somewhat personal and should not be taken into consideration what-so-ever when you want a short term stay at a low cost. I can guarantee you will not find anything like this anywhere else. Your next best option would be your mates sofa!!! You can view the property before committing and the basic essential living items are provided even they're not there on the initial viewing - washing machine, fridge, freezer, micro-wave, etc etc. As mentioned by others, yes, please read the small print becuase there are incentives for Guardians. Unlike estate agents and other property management companies - Adhoc are a people company and they do look after you when you need it most.
