Came back from work and resting in my new wonderful home. I can’t rate Daryl enough for the experience he’s given me, he’s made it so easy to move here. Moving from Norwich was difficult finding somewhere, and it was a really smooth seamless process. Being from Heaton from where I came from and being able to locate me next to my mum. I've been in touch with Ad Hoc for a while now, both Claire and Aaron have been great throughout. Claire was super helpful in answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) and kept me updated even when things weren’t 100% confirmed yet. She was honest about what they could and couldn’t provide, which I really appreciated. Aaron reached out to me about a new place and was quick to follow up with details. It was nice to deal with someone straightforward and responsive. There were a couple of delays earlier on, but Claire took the time to explain what happened and made sure things were handled better moving forward. That really showed me they cared about doing right by people. Overall, both Claire and Aaron were professional, down-to-earth, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about trying property guardianship with Ad Hoc.

We have stayed in three Ad Hoc properties and have been very happy in all of them. Ad Hoc has always been extremely helpful and kind. Due to us living in both the US and UK, Claire, Rob, Luke and the rest of the team have always gone far and beyond to help us find affordable accommodations when we return to the UK. We are very thankful for Ad Hoc! We would most definitely recommend their services!!

This is the 3rd Adhoc place I’ve lived in been here for 3 years and with Adhoc 5 years the staff are very friendly a lot of the places are a bit run down but your getting what you pay for and you do have good amenities Adhoc do make you feel welcome maintenance can be a little touch and go but it normally depends on the owners of the property but if your looking for a place to live and your on low income and/or moving to a new city like I did it’s very nice to live in a house share esp if your socially awkward most other guardians are brilliant and make you feel welcome

I moved into my room around 8 months ago from a one bedroom flat I was privately renting my room is spacious and secure with good amenities provided and secure parking for all and its very comfortable and quiet it’s also close to shops and restaurants and for half the price I was paying 😁😁😁

Fantastic value for money, and although buildings, room sizes and facilities vary from place to place it’s allowed me to put my own stamp on my space. Financially it’s allowed me to reduce my working hours and diversify into areas I won’t have been able to do whilst renting and paying all the bills. Having a 28 day rolling contract gives me the option to move areas without being tied down.

I recently had to move out of the house I was staying in, I found ad hoc and applied for one of their rooms in leek. Very great service, moved in very quickly hassle free and been happy ever since, can’t recommend them enough.

I have been a Property Guardian with Ad Hoc for nearly 8 years . strongly i can say AD HOC is the king of Britain property . I deal with Martin and Chris from the York office and they have been very great. Very helpful, very polite , very professional and super friendly .
