Came back from work and resting in my new wonderful home. I can’t rate Daryl enough for the experience he’s given me, he’s made it so easy to move here. Moving from Norwich was difficult finding somewhere, and it was a really smooth seamless process. Being from Heaton from where I came from and being able to locate me next to my mum. I've been in touch with Ad Hoc for a while now, both Claire and Aaron have been great throughout. Claire was super helpful in answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) and kept me updated even when things weren’t 100% confirmed yet. She was honest about what they could and couldn’t provide, which I really appreciated. Aaron reached out to me about a new place and was quick to follow up with details. It was nice to deal with someone straightforward and responsive. There were a couple of delays earlier on, but Claire took the time to explain what happened and made sure things were handled better moving forward. That really showed me they cared about doing right by people. Overall, both Claire and Aaron were professional, down-to-earth, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about trying property guardianship with Ad Hoc.

I've now rented a unit in the Evesham area of Worcestershire for the past two years from 'ad-hoc'. The accommodation & service from the 'ad-hoc' staff based in the Birmingham office has been excellent. All of the staff are extremely friendly & helpful. If in the future I have to move out of my present property I hope to move forward with 'ad-hoc' into another one of their premises. I would recommend anyone to consider moving into an 'ad-hoc'property.

I'm living in a property as a Guardian offered by Adhoc Property Management Ltd in Bristol. I would recommend their favours to everyone who looking for hiring a property because many more benefits can be found here than with other agencies. It will not be found anywhere such a combination between the low rental price/all bills are included/, good property maintenance in all the time and always an extremely helpful and kind team who do look after you when you need it most. I want to thank the staff of the Bristol Branch of Adhoc Property Management - Paul Thomson, Rory Clench, and Trina Lewis for their great attitude and commitment. Despite the difficult Covid situation, they perform their duties perfectly and you can always count on them.

Firstly, I'm writing this review on behalf of my husband who could never be bothered to do things like writing reviews but I feel the experience he has had with the guardian scheme is worth writing about! He got a job on a 6 month 'trial' near Wellington in Somerset so he didn't want to commit to a long term rental - an Ad Hoc property provided the perfect solution, a one month rolling contract! Luckily he's not one to worry about everything being pristine and beautiful, but is definitely one to seek value for money. The building is an old care home and there were 3 different room configurations from which to choose. He chose a room with a private washroom/WC across a landing. The room itself could be described as extremely tired with paint peeling off the ceiling in a place where there had obviously been a leak previously, and needed curtains & curtain pole for the huge windows, but after a quick coat of paint & new curtains & pole (a small amount to pay, considering the amount saved on alternative available accommodation), it looked completely different. Homely, even! It's a fairly long walk to the shared kitchen facilities but you're allowed to keep a kettle and small fridge in your room so if you just want a quick cuppa or snack that's easy. Can't comment on any dealings with the maintenance side of things as that hasn't been needed so far (a month, or so) . All in all, it suits my husband's needs very well at an amazing price.

I moved in to an Ad Hoc property in Wellington, Somerset in August 2020 which is about 6 months ago at time of writing. My experience so far has been great. I have a nice, warm spacious room with an en-suite toilet. The shared cooking and washing facilities are good and the other residents are friendly and helpful. There is also ample free car parking on the premises. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ad Hoc to a new resident. Trina and Steve from Ad Hoc look after us very well with regular communication, building checks and fire alarm tests.
