Came back from work and resting in my new wonderful home. I can’t rate Daryl enough for the experience he’s given me, he’s made it so easy to move here. Moving from Norwich was difficult finding somewhere, and it was a really smooth seamless process. Being from Heaton from where I came from and being able to locate me next to my mum. I've been in touch with Ad Hoc for a while now, both Claire and Aaron have been great throughout. Claire was super helpful in answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) and kept me updated even when things weren’t 100% confirmed yet. She was honest about what they could and couldn’t provide, which I really appreciated. Aaron reached out to me about a new place and was quick to follow up with details. It was nice to deal with someone straightforward and responsive. There were a couple of delays earlier on, but Claire took the time to explain what happened and made sure things were handled better moving forward. That really showed me they cared about doing right by people. Overall, both Claire and Aaron were professional, down-to-earth, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about trying property guardianship with Ad Hoc.

Me and my partner rented a 3 bed end terrace house whilst the landlord had it on the market to sell. It was a nice house and we couldn’t have afforded anything like it had it been ‘regular’ price for the area. It suited us really well as young professionals. We found it on Rightmove just as a regular rental but Ad Hoc made themselves clear about what we should expect. I booked a viewing with Ellie and as soon as I turned up I felt really comfortable with her. I went to view the house on my own which I was a little worried about because I never know what to check for but she talked me through everything and made sure I understood and I was happy. The house was fantastic, our dream house really, spacious, friendly neighbourhood, well equipped kitchen, a garden... the lot! Whilst we lived there the front door lock broke, we called Ad Hoc and they called a repair man who came out the same day and fitted a new lock and gave us the keys. The landlord changed his mind on selling and decided to move in and do it up after 4 months of us living there so we had to move out. We were gutted but not surprised as it had all been explained to us when we signed the contract. We have a family now and therefore living in a guardianship wouldn’t work for us but if you’re flexible you can really experience some great living for a price you wouldn’t find anywhere else. Overall our experience with Ad Hoc was fantastic and Ellie was so brilliant to communicate with, it was nice to deal with a female lettings agent. I felt like I was taken seriously and was comfortable chatting with her through the whole process.

I was lucky to come across adhoc when I did. A great landlord, if your happy with basics it's cool and the tenants are all nice people. Paul and Rory always on the phone if you need help. It's cheap but reliable. Be respectful and you will be treated the same. A good tenancy to have. Newmiltonmark

Ad Hoc is such a great idea, offering exceptionally reasonably priced, short term rentals. Mine lasted two years, so no complaints from me! The staff are friendly and extremely responsive when you need anything. In Liverpool, Ellie, Graeme, Lee and Rob were always willing to ensure that the property was well maintained, safe and secure. They will also do their very best to find you another place when the time comes. Highly recommended.

Being a property guardian is a really good way to live, I’ve never had an issues, the staff are also brilliant, they are always willing to help you out with anything necessary. Shout out to the Bristol team - Rory, Trina, and Paul, you all do an amazing job! Definitely will look into ad hoc accommodations in the future once I have to move from my current location.

I used Ad-Hoc Properties as a Property Guardian renting multiple properties over a 3 year period of Short term work contracts. I found it a great way to live economically whilst being unable to commit to long term rentals. I certainly recommend this company.
