Overall good Although the online system showed little availability, it was easy to book a convenient appointment over the phone. The engineer, Tony, was great. He phoned in advance, came early and did a thorough and efficient job. Very pleasant and friendly. 247 should be commended for using good, local-based engineers.

Engineer David Greenidge attend the boiler servicing he did call in advance before coming he was polite and carried out the service and was pleasant but since heβs left whenever we start the thermostat the spur in the consumer board trips I am trying to call 24 rescue and theyβre asking me to pay the access fees again plus they are not able to understand that who they need to send out electrician or the heating engineer, so not happy with the service right now I have no hot water eating,
