The call initially came out of the Blue late evening as I was looking at and comparing the quote with my existing cover. The guidelines were clearly explained without any issues relating to the policy . The officer were very polite and knows exactly how to deal with question put forward to him knowledgeable and knows his job keep it up my friend

Horrible experience in every aspect
Horrible experience in every aspect. They renewed my subscription without my agreement, they think that their policies are above the law, engineers book but they don't attend, when they attend they lie about "short circuits" and they don't do the job - on the top of that they lie about the visit saying that there was nobody at home...the list has no end! I tried to cancel and I had to wait for 15 minutes on the phone just for the line to go off...I stopped the direct debit and they restarted it! Avoid!!!
