Friendly engineer Geoffrey Graham, got an appointment for the repair for next day. Was repaired within about 10minutes. Wasn’t happy had to pay £95 excess for appointment, especially when engineer had come out to service last week and said everything was fine and within 1 week I had no hot water because of a blocked pipe??? Customer service quite rude when I’ve renewed my policy previously, possibly due to language barrier, I think the offices are in India maybe?
