Mark was very personable and efficient. He discussed with me the condition of our current boiler and gave tips on looking at the possibility of replacing it in in the near future, due to its age and inefficiency. He was very understanding of us as OAPs and the fact that my has significant disabilities. He was not in a hurry and did not dismiss my numerous questions. If there are awards available for employees, he should certainly get one. He is a good role model for others.

This is to acknowledge the excellent work carried out by Benjamin Farenden during the annual boiler service on 7th July 2025. The engineer arrived on time, was courteous and professional throughout the visit, and demonstrated thorough knowledge of the system. He carried out a full inspection, performed all required checks, and clearly explained the condition of the boiler and any observations. His work was efficient, tidy, and completed to a high standard. The boiler was found to be in good working condition, with no immediate issues detected.

Whoever is giving them 5 stars is either a fake reviewer or have not used them enough. From my 2 years of experience, the company will find any excuse to decline your claim and their engineers do not have availability, even when booked on the day they keep changing it. Being a landlord they are impossible to deal with.
