The engineer who attended my home today to fix my boiler (his name is Mr. Elsayed) made my experience very great, he is a top professional equipped with high skills and knowledge in addition to his passion and time he spends on details to make sure things are in order also he so polite and communicated very well. Lovely friendly and polite engineer. Humaun Rashid. I am happy with the work he completed. Would recommend this service. Was kept up to date with appointment time. He was really competent and knew his work. Kept me informed of work under taking and showed me a video before leaving . Also before he left checked all working ok and that I was satisfied with the work.
