The call initially came out of the Blue late evening as I was looking at and comparing the quote with my existing cover. The agent was able to put me at my ease by providing evidence of his authenticity. He outlined in a little more detail the main benefits and answered my questions making sure I understood

I had my annual boiler service with engineer Shah and he was very polite and professional. Arrived in the allocated time slot and called before hand to confirm arrival, which I really appreciated.
