Very reliable monthly provision of my supplies for around five years. There was just one unexplained concerning delay a couple of years age, but otherwise great service.
Speedy delivery.
They are the nicest people in the world when they are calling to sign you up. However, that changes totally if something goes wrong. Almost 2 dozen of the catheters they sent were 'defective' (the Gentle Cath brand, contaminated by packaging glue or unopenable because the glue got all over). They refused to replace what I had to throw away because it was over their "45 day" limit -- it was at the end of the order whilst getting a new order. That they would value their vendors over their paying customers is unacceptable. Now I'm the one looking for a new vendor.
I would like to praise one of your representatives Alyssa Willis for the way she handled my case, I was frustrated with my other company for two and a half months could not get a prescription running out of catheters and Alyssa Willis had catheters sent to me in 2 days.
