My medical condition requires I use six catheters a day, every day. 180 tracks my use and reminds me to reorder in a timely manner so that I don't run out. They have been doing this for over five years.
More recent calendar settings for ordering have made placing an order a bit easier. It is an easy process to order. e-mail reminders are timely and facilitate ordering. Numbers noted as being what should be left are often not accurate. Not regarding ordering, one thing that does irritate is that it seems the third party payment processor appears slow in advising 180 of the receipts of payment.
I love this company because I use cattle all my life and this Company is great I don't have to go any other way they deliver the caterers and they have a little kit that comes with everything that you need for traveling home going everywhere I love this company
Everything has been EXCELENT from the beginning until recently, the last few days I haven't received my normal 5 box shipment and no explanation. Something to do with the fact I have a Physical Therapist come once a week to help correct my Balance Problem, which is partially covered by Medicare. Some visits I have to pay. I hope this helps me receive m next shipment, which I really need as I'm down to 16 Catheters. MANY THANKS TO ALL Sincerely Kennth

You told me when my order would be here. I was able to track it through your email. It arrived on the day that I was told , in the time period, that I was told. It had the correct order. Then I was informed it was here allowing we to look for it. I can`t ask anymore than that.

I'm not sure how long my Husband has been getting medical supplies from 180--but a long time. We have never had any trouble getting what we need. They have been good about sending samples of new products for him to try before we order a large bunch. Would not want to change supplier for anything!!
I have changed my product order quantities and it was delivered in a timely manner and exactly as requested. I really appreciate the Fed Ex earlier deliveries rather than UPS's late evening deliveries.
