I’ve been using 180Medical for 19 months now. Whenever there has been an issue, the agents have been stellar. They are friendly, compassionate and caring individuals. And they solve the problem, or assist me through steps that I need to make.

Oh, from the beginning they were patient, informative, professional, yet personable. For some unknown reason my order showed as delivered and I never received it because it was delivered to an address in Wisconsin and I live in Illinois and never had any ties to the random Wisconsin address and they overnighted the shipment and corrected the erroneous address after a couple of mis-ships. The product itself is OUTSTANDING and so compatible to my needs, comfortable, durable and has shipped 100% EVERY SINGLE order without backorder. I've tried several other manufacturers product and the ConvaTec product is far superior. With a medical issue as I have, a trial and error period has a very short window and to have a durable and reliable product and provider of it is, as essential as breathing air for my survival. I love the company, service, product, work staff a d every single aspect of 180 Medical.
