You are the best!! Very attentive to my specific needs, all phone personnel were very kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend 180 medical! I have had surgery to help with my problem, and at the moment I don't require catheters, so let's put a hold on services for now. I could use underwear liners, though, if you folks handle that. If not, it has been very comfortable doing business with you! Thank you very much!

In this case, the person caught an error in what my doctor's office had sent and we were able to quickly correct it. Shipments are on time and you also provided an alternate service that helps with additional items insurance doesn't cover.
