you are cutting my supplies of catheters too close at replenishment time (just five catheters on hand when replenishment arrives). If I use any extra I will be running out before replenishment arrives. Too close for comfort. shipping a few days sooner will resolve this problem.

I needed to increase the number of caths per month. However my provider at my urology office had retired. 180 worked with me to get my prescription updated. 180 sent a box of caths rush to tide me over til the rest of the order arrived. I had less than a third of a box which put me down to single digits. 180 is a very trustworthy company to use and they have a heart for their customers

180 Medical was very helpful in allowing me to test tailored samples when I no longer felt the ease I needed from the same product I was using for several years. With a better understanding of different product features, I was able to discuss with customer support, which types of features were working best for me. After having one box of three brands shipped, I now feel good about making a decision to stick to one specific product. However, 180 Medical provided me the freedom to learn from using many types, until I found the one product that I feel most comfortable using at home, and away from home discretely, and easy to carry in a small zip lock in my purse.
