180 medical has been a problem for me for the last 5 years. My orders have been botched on a number of occasions. People don’t follow through with their promises and they are extremely difficult to contact. 10 days ago I spoke with a rep and was supposed to get a call back that day. I just received a voicemail and the order is all wrong. I’m tired of people not doing their job!
180medical has been supplying me with catheters for 10+ years. Catheters became a necessity, I would not be able to survive without them. This past year there have been a lot of issues renewing my supplies for some unforeseen reason. I recently placed an order online on 02/19/2025 and for a delivery date on 03/03/2025. That order disappeared and there was no delivery, I do have a copy of the order confirmation. I guess 180medical doesn't care about my well-being. If it was an insurance issue, they should have given me an option to pay out of pocket. The only option they left me with was to wash out the ones that I had on hand. I haven't heard from 180MEDICAL as of 03/19/2025.
Always above and beyond with their service, communication and quality products. Arrived on time, was correct and in perfect condition. As has been in the years I've been with 180 Medical.
Delivery on time, great product.
I could only muster a mid-range rating. Lowest point was when my regularly scheduled delivery never happened and I ran out of catheters and was forced to reuse them for several days. Highest point happened when I phoned it and had the good fortune of getting connected with Michelle. She was pleasant and efficient and buttered her buns to get supplies to me overnight followed up with a regular cath delivery. If I had the power, I would give her a raise and gold certificate for her efforts. The best effort lodged between the worst landed me mid-range rating wise.

In the 6 months I have unfortunately been a customer not one of my orders has arrived correct. No matter how many times you email or text, your pleas go unresponsive. You wait on hold, finally get someone and the response is "oh I'm not in that department, let me transfer you' three transfers later and you get someone who assured you that this time it's correct. Meanwhile insurance keeps getting billed and they're oblivious. When I call in desperate need of Stat Locks I'm told you're not due for another month. Ok, if it pulls off from the weight of the bag or gets wet and falls off or oh won't close because the lock broke off, I'm told maybe I can get 1-2 out until your order then they are omitted from the order. I've heard of an incompetent employee BUT an entire company? If I can convince my doctor to switch me, I will gladly get as far away from this unhelpful uncaring company! My invoice says leg bags are in the box, NO and the invoice SKU is the wrong one! Now I can't find my ID number anywhere in my profile/account info so bet management won't respond.

My prescription ran out on Feb. 5 and no one notified me. I just found out on Feb. 28 with only 3 days of catheters left. I should have been notified much earlier so I could find a new Dr. To write a new prescription. You dropped the ball on this one! Mike Miller. 08/10/1952

The staff at 180 Medical are professional, understanding, and anxious to help with any concern or issue I have had - which hasn’t been many because this company is, in a word, awesome.
The product always gets here on time. If I have a question, all I have to do is call and a friendly representative will answer it.
Overall 180Medical is wonderful to deal with! Recently, a customer service rep explained the new billing system and when I can expect an updated bill. It seems like it will be easy to pay online. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that each month my product on hand when the new order arrives shrinks. When I receive my next order I will have zero in reserve! I’m concerned with this trend.
