180 Medical provides a service that you will never get from a Medical Company.Employees are caring. They follow your order from the time you order until it arrives on your door step. What other company does that?
I’m a new customer, my urologist gave me samples for 3 days and instructed me to use 5 catheters a day and I would receive shipment before I ran out. Well they dropped the ball and didn’t place the order. I found this out on day three. So I looked up the manufacturer of the GC Glide catheters and Ian at Convatec put me in touch with 180 Medical and Erin went above and beyond to get my order shipped next day air . I had to go to a local office of my urologist to get some catheters to hold me over but Erin really save the day for me. She was super nice, polite, professional and made it happen. I stretched out the ones I had left and had to use just 2 of the ones I had to go get locally. But super THANKS go out to ERIN. She made this a very positive experience dealing with 180 Medical and I just wish my urology team didn’t drop the ball.
I have been a user for a few years and I ain't about to switch now. I am getting accustom to the great service. Thank you.
Both people I talked to helped me out and I really liked that they listened to me and took action right away even though the problem was not caused by 180 but by FedEx. IMHO, FedEx is the worst delivery service because of the poor quality of its delivery persons in their trucks. Compared to UPS which has Teamster union drivers who are 100% competent!!!!
Maybe more than ONE star, they DID cancel the bill. HOWEVER, 180 Medical catheter prices are nearly 10x as much as the same supplies from other sources. Wow. AND my insurance declared them out-of-network so deductible was also 5x as much. Just... wow

You ship before they are really needed. I get two boxes when I just opened the second box I already have.
180 Medical delivers a high quality product that faithfully arrives at my door each month. In the several years I have been receiving deliveries from 180 Medical, only once was there a minor problem. And a phone call was all it took to make everything right.

I used to get my medical supplies on the first of the month. Now that 180 medical delivers my medical supplies they push me all the way back to the 12 th of the month not happy with this at all. Not well managed.
