My experience with 180 Medical is awesome! They go above and beyond to help get you the supplies you need. They contacted my doctor (several times) in order to get my prescription information straightened out so I could get my supplies on time. I just wish I could get all my supplies through them.
Until today, I’ve never had an issue. I’ve received notification that my supplies were delivered but I couldn’t find them. They left the box by my garage door. In the past they always brought it directly to my front steps. I’m disabled with MS so this is an issue for me. My husband wasn’t home so I had to ask my son to come over to make sure it was actually delivered. 180 Medical has always done an outstanding job of managing my catheter needs. They keep tract of when I need to reorder and alert me via email to submit my reorder. Once the order is placed they are quick to let me know of a estimated delivery date. As a new customer needing intermittent catheters, 180 has preformed as hoped. I received supplies next day when requested. I have been trying different sizes to find one that works for me. 180 has sent samples at my request within one day. The app has been convenient to use, the customer service contacts have been to the point and very helpful. I look forward to continuing my association in the future.
