I have been using 180 Medical for catheters for a good number of years. Service has been Excellent! Delivery is always on time. Renewals are easy. When I go out-of-state for several months in the winter, employees do an excellent job of making sure that my monthly supply reaches me at an alternate address every time! When speaking with an employee from Customer Service, all of them have been courteous and well in tune with my needs. Service from this company has been amazing...I have said this in the past and service has NEVER been anything but EXCELLENT!
Ordering reminders give adequate notice of upcoming deliveries. Deliveries are on time as scheduled. Orders are well packaged. The only problem I have is that deliveries are left outside the gate where anyone can pick it up. I would like deliveries to be left on the porch by the door.

Being chronically ill is hard enough as is and finding people who genuinely care and want to assist you can be a headache. But, people like Diana Watson and everyone at 180 medical makes life easier. Diana assisted me immediately and went above and beyond to ensure I get my catheters and even provided me options with similar items for less. I cannot speak highly enough about her attention to client needs.
I was using Edgepark for over a year. They kept messing up my orders. They have bad customer service. I recently had a revision done and now my stomach is different. Edgepark refused to do a return on all my unopened supplies, leaving stuck with no way to get new supplies. One call to 180 Medical and Julia answered the phone(not a robot) to me crying and freaking out on my end and within minutes she called me down and helped me get my supplies for the first month being their customer with a new stoma. She made everything so easy and she was so kind in my time of need. I highly recommend trying them out. You never know it could save you from all the headaches from your current supplier.
Last month’s several of the catheters had protective packaging that did not open smoothly where the pull ring ripped off. I hope this problem has been corrected.
