Initially my experience was really good. Tech was very helpful and informative. Then, she transferred to another department. Since then I can rarely get through to a real person, having to leave messages that are not returned. When I DO get through the results are good but honestly the frustration of having to chase and chase to get someone to speak with me is getting to the point of looking at other companies for my ostomy supplies.

Not dependable on delivering catheter supplies every 30 days.Always blames insurance company for late deliveries. When you call customer service they get offensive and try to blame you or said they shipped it out on time when they clearly didn’t. Very frustrating to deal with even was told to wash out the used catheter and reuse it if my doctor couldn’t give me any free samples and when I asked for her name she wouldn’t give it. Don’t trust your health and wellness to 180 medical they don’t care about you just the $2100 they get monthly from my insurance company!!!!
