Switched from Edgepark due to great service
I was using Edgepark for over a year. They kept messing up my orders. They have bad customer service. I recently had a revision done and now my stomach is different. Edgepark refused to do a return on all my unopened supplies, leaving stuck with no way to get new supplies. One call to 180 Medical and Julia answered the phone(not a robot) to me crying and freaking out on my end and within minutes she called me down and helped me get my supplies for the first month being their customer with a new stoma. She made everything so easy and she was so kind in my time of need. I highly recommend trying them out. You never know it could save you from all the headaches from your current supplier.
