Be very careful with this company, wanted to check when my MOT was due, somehow managed to get onto this site. I now find that they are taking £7.95 a month out of my account. This is definitely scam country.

If I could give them ZERO stars - I would! I'm another deceived person to add to the queue of people here. We clicked on what we thought was a link to tax a car and then got this sh*t! Very deceitful way of marketing themselves as a government website for car tax. Got charged £7.95 for some BS subscription. They would not budge and stated their system is very clearly....very clearly meant to deceive more like! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

It appears as if you are paying your road tax but it is not
I wanted to pay for my tax and entered all my banking details unknown to me a .50p was deducted from my account and a£7.95 was deducted the next day and it seems it would be doing so each month. All I wanted was to pay foe my tax not check my vehicle. I have tried to go back to the window so that I cancel it but am failing. I however have tried to block further payments in fear that it might continue to deduct money for a service I won't be using. I then googled again and this time I went straight to gov.uk and paid my tax.

I believed that I was taxing my car on gov.uk
I believed that I was taxing my car on gov.uk website as many others have stated in these reviews. Vehicle Information responds by stating that their website clearly states they they are a third party provider so why are so many of us missing this information before losing our money for a service we do not require? I soon realised that I had fallen for this deception and only lost 50 pence as I cancelled their service. They refused to refund my 50 pence as per their terms and conditions and had the cheek to ask me to send them a snapshot from my bank statement of the 50 pence withdrawal so that they could improve their service. I notice that many of the positive reviews relating to Vehicle Information are from vulnerable people who say that they are not very good with online transactions. The gov.uk website is just as straightforward and the service is free.
