I believed that I was taxing my car on gov.uk website as many others have stated in these reviews. Vehicle Information responds by stating that their website clearly states they they are a third party provider so why are so many of us missing this information before losing our money for a service we do not require? I soon realised that I had fallen for this deception and only lost 50 pence as I cancelled their service. They refused to refund my 50 pence as per their terms and conditions and had the cheek to ask me to send them a snapshot from my bank statement of the 50 pence withdrawal so that they could improve their service. I notice that many of the positive reviews relating to Vehicle Information are from vulnerable people who say that they are not very good with online transactions. The gov.uk website is just as straightforward and the service is free.
