Another cruise booked through Mo and as usual, his personal attention was excellent. He always does his best to get us the best deal but when he can't compete, he's honest enough to say so. He's a credit to the company and during these times, when good service is rare, he's up there with the best.
Mo was very helpful and thorough looking for the best options for my holiday and travels.
This is the 4th cruise I have booked through Worldwide Cruises and Eddie. Again wouldn't go anywhere else. Eddie provides an excellent service, the quote we got was clearly laid out, with all the different options. Quick with responses to emails and on your side trying to get you best best deal.

We dealt with Kenny, who was extremely helpful and put together a bespoke programme of hotel stays and a cruise to suit our preferences. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the overall cost of the package was very competitive.

Found Cruise I wanted on Worldwide cruise site but unfortunately couldn't get the dates that would suit me or the exact cruise so worldwide staff asked me my requirements and said they'd search to see what they could find. They came back with very similar deal which I was happy with and then rushed me a little into booking it. They sent me the itinerary which I scanned through as they said I needed to book that evening to guarantee and I was so excited I went ahead and booked to secure. Next day I was able to peruse the documentation at leisure and discovered we were booked to fly out of Gatwick and back into Heathrow so I phoned up Sue that it must have been a 'typo' and discovered to my dismay this was correct. I told them how unhappy I was that no one had explained this and that as it was unrealistic and would cost me a lot of money and hassle to sort out. They did apologise and then arranged and paid for my parking at Heathrow so only just needed to arrange transfer to Gatwick which was a very acceptable solution to the mix up. Apart from that I was overall very happy with the service given. Just looking forward to the holiday now.
