Excellent service
Another cruise booked through Mo and as usual, his personal attention was excellent. He always does his best to get us the best deal but when he can't compete, he's honest enough to say so. He's a credit to the company and during these times, when good service is rare, he's up there with the best.

This is the 4th cruise I have booked through Worldwide Cruises and Eddie. Again wouldn't go anywhere else. Eddie provides an excellent service, the quote we got was clearly laid out, with all the different options. Quick with responses to emails and on your side trying to get you best best deal.

Great Experience
Agent Elroy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He recommended changed in hotels and ideas which were spot on. Excellent service. He called me several times with great advice and I always felt that he had my interests at heart and was just not selling something else for the company.This for me is a once in a lifetime holiday and this experience has just made it all worthwhile.

Great to deal with a company and talk directly to a person and not a machine with multiple options. Went out of their way to make alternative flight option from Scotland at a competitive price. Saved us a long journey to Gatwick.

Mo is a star!
I came across World Wide because of a cruise recommended in Cruise Critic. Mo, the agent who helped me, was absolutely brilliant. He wasn't phased at all by the changes I wanted to make, and he did them without putting me on hold (like so many do). He also dealt with the paperwork in double quick time. I've cruised for 30+ years, and was very impressed. Happy to recommend company - and Mo - to anyone!
