Another cruise booked through Mo and as usual, his personal attention was excellent. He always does his best to get us the best deal but when he can't compete, he's honest enough to say so. He's a credit to the company and during these times, when good service is rare, he's up there with the best.
Mo was very helpful and thorough looking for the best options for my holiday and travels.
This is the 4th cruise I have booked through Worldwide Cruises and Eddie. Again wouldn't go anywhere else. Eddie provides an excellent service, the quote we got was clearly laid out, with all the different options. Quick with responses to emails and on your side trying to get you best best deal.

We have just returned from a package booked for us by Samuel, who was helpful and quick to respond to questions. He also went the extra mile to tailor the package to our requirements. From start to finish our holiday was an adventure packed with unforgettable experiences. From seeing Graceland and Beale Street in Memphis, the journey to New Orleans on the Amtrax train, the cruise (during which we swam with Dolphins in Cozumel) to New Orleans during Mardi Gras (plus a Mississippi jazz cruise and seeing alligators and wild raccoons on the swamp tour) - it just kept delighting us at every turn. We did not really know what to expect in the way of hotels. The first two were good but the last hotel in New Orleans (Le Pavillon) where we stayed for the longest was just the most beautiful, historic building and exceeded all our expectations. Although just outside the French Quarter, it was handy for St Charles Street and some of the best Mardi Gras parades and the beautiful lobby was even mentioned on the 'hop on, hop off' bus tour as a 'must see if you can'. (The stop for that bus was only a block away.) We have come home exhausted, but with so many wonderful memories and photographs of the fantastic time we had. If you do this tour, it is worth noting that the Jazz Cruise was interesting but you could only hear the music over the speaker system on the sightseeing tour. To actually see the band, you had to book the meal on board, which we tried to upgrade to but it had to be done at time of booking, so couldn't. The band was very good. Also, Le Pavillon charges its guests a 'historical tax' of about $17 a night for the upkeep of its historic premises.

He was prompt with responses, not pushy and explained everything whilst never making any question I asked seem silly or unreasonable. I love booking with Worldwide cruises because of this experience! Long may it continue because these days any holiday is an absolute luxury so booking one needs to be treated as such and it was! Thank you.

Samuel had dealt with the arrangements for a previous cruise, which had been handled very efficiently. As we were interested in another cruise in a couple of month’s time, l emailed him to ask availability and if it were possible to arrange extra nights stay both before and after the cruise. Within an hour, he replied with a full itinerary, which we agreed upon and the booking was made in no time at all; very grateful and very impressed with the service and quick response. Thank you.

The class of cabin I was after were all fully booked and Nigel spent some time working to get me the next best grade that was available ( 9 weeks before the cruise date ).
